Job Description The principal responsibilities essentially include: Develop project plans and schedules using project management software tools. Monitor project progress against established plans and schedules. Knowledge of estimating man-hours required for engineering deliverables. Analyze project risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Identify potential project delays and recommend corrective actions. Review and approve contractor schedules. Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to project stakeholders. Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to project teams. Manage change orders and maintain project documentation. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure successful project completion. Attend project coordination meetings and liaise with site team, clients and EPC contractors Requirements Candidate shall be preferably from Consultancy / EPC background with exposure on planning and scheduling of design and engineering activities for utility-scale solar PV projects. Proficient in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of project risk management principles and techniques Professional certification such as PMP, PSP or similar is a plus. Willingness to travel and stay as per requirement in India and abroad. Needs to comply with the organizations HSE commitment.
