Role and Responsibilities:The Planning Engineer will be responsible for:
  • Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitoring project progress and updating plans as necessary
  • Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion
  • Analyzing project risks and proposing mitigation strategies
  • Preparing reports on project performance for management review

Candidate Qualifications:To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
  • At least 5 years of experience in high rise, industrial, residential, and commercial buildings construction
  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Sound knowledge of project management principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Projects and Primavera
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Required Skills:The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Expertise in MS Projects, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in using Primavera and AutoCAD
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
