Job Summary

Responsibilities :

  • Align with business and hiring managers to implement talent engagement and development initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees
  • On-boarding , documenting the records and exit formalities of the employees
  • Leave and attendance management, Salary, PF & insurance of employees
  • Identify process gap to improve and optimize processes
  • Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures
  • Ascertain timely resolution of employee queries
  • Ensure basic HR hygiene and support on compliance issues
  • Implement innovative solutions for engaging and motivating the employees
  • Communicate organizational policies and processes and ensure its understanding
  • Handle overall recruitment through internal or external sources as per hiring guidelines
