Job Summary Job Description Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to support and coordinate the installation and connectivity of computer systems and network infrastructure, ensuring stable business functions and continuity of operations. This role involves managing end-user support staff and optimizing network hardware, software, and communication links. Key Responsibilities: Installation Support: Oversee and coordinate the installation of both in-house and remote hardware and software across the organization s network. Project Management: Ensure that project and department milestones are met, adhering to approved timelines. Facilitate approvals and development for both global and local teams. Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to standards and procedures during the design and implementation of IT systems and applications. Incident Resolution: Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to implement technologies and resolve Level 3 break-fix incidents, including: Troubleshooting network connectivity issues and outages. Installing and configuring LAN/WAN circuits and appliances. Supporting data acquisition for company projects during mergers and acquisitions. Conducting site reviews and maintaining documentation. End-User Support: Manage the fixing, imaging, installation, and configuration of end-user hardware, software, and operating systems, as well as server hardware, software, OS, and protocols. Access Management: Oversee Active Directory access and permissions, manage vendor technologies, networking appliances, mobile devices, and business applications. Qualifications Essential: Bachelor s degree. Desirable: Bachelor s or Master s degree. Specialization: IT operations, Networking, or Azure Fundamentals. Additional Information Experience: 8-12 years in IT operations, infrastructure, or project management. Industry Sector: Experience in any products and services company is preferred. Scope of Responsibilities: Focus on IT operations, infrastructure management, and project management.
