Job Summary

To set mixing cycle for new recipes for easy processing in subsequent processes I.e. Extrusion, calendaring and strip winding.
Mixing Cycle modification / Optimisation for running recipes for mix improving quality, cost & delivery and productivity.
To control Compound held up, Rework & Scrap
Knowhow of Polymer, Rubber Chemcials and their significance.
Conducting Process, Product and RM Trial and able to draw conclusion out of it.
BOM Updation in SAP.
Specification issue and Control on shop floor.

Fresher
