Job Summary Job Description:We are looking for candidates with strong customer-oriented consultative skills. Your role as a software support consultant will be to work in partnership with Serosoft clients, advising them how to use our product in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems.Key Activities:
  • Recording and documenting activity through the ticketing system
  • Provide first line support to clients via telephone/email/tickets according SLA metrics decided by the company
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software related issues
  • Answering customer questions
  • Receive, Review and Manage client s data in the software
  • Facilitate valuable and clear verbal and written communication with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify & resolve issues as well as opportunities for improvement of system and services
  • Travel on-site depending on project demand
  • Provide strategic guidance to client personnel on various modules of ERP
Key Skills:
  • Experience using business ERP applications (Preferably in Education Domain)
  • Strong logical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing and personable
  • Teamwork skills
  • A bachelor s or equivalent degree in computer science
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 3 to 5 Years of experience ( in case of Sr Consultant)

Qualification :
BE (CS or IT) / MCA / MSc
Experience Required :

3 to 5 Years
