Job Summary

Looking for Techno commercial experts with 10+ years of business development experience with Digital Contact Center Solutions
Extensive hands-on solutioning and selling experience with contact center solutions like Amazon Connect, Google CCAI, Genesys Purecloud, Avaya, CISCO, Nice inContact and other industry solutions
Good Understanding of contact center business operations, processes & transaction flows
Show consistent success with maintaining and building client relationships within an enterprise account base
Work closely with partner organizations and build joint go-to-market strategy and execute the strategies
Drive revenue and deliver quarterly target numbers

Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
