Lead Engineer, Supplier Quality Assurance Job in Sedemac Mechatronics Pvt Ltd

Job Description:

The candidate will have to:

• Prepare, Review and Release a Quality Inspection Plan for raw materials. Lead Supplier Audits and its closures, Material Testing as per plan, Supplier Quality Performance Rating. Participate in Supplier Development Activities, Review/Execute SCAR Closure.
• Conduct Supplier Audit (PPAP Run, New Supplier Evaluation), Review Master Sample, Work Instruction, IQC Guidelines, ECN tasks.
• Review & Execute all SQA Records, Google Docs, PLM Documents/Formats & QMS Documents. Raise DMRN for updation.
• Update the status of Divisional Quality Metrics monitoring & CAPA Execution.
• Adherence to QMS, Customer s audits. Ensure corrective & preventive actions of gaps identified in audits & implementation of horizontal deployment.
• Initiate & implement continual improvement projects for SQA.
• Set-up and conduct a training session for SQA team members.
• Team s Leave and Attendance Management Leave Approval.
• Conformity to product requirement, review MSA study.

Desired Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Quality Documentation, Electronic & Mechanical Assemblies, Processes, Measuring Instrument, Handling SMT Line, Process Validation, Process & Product Audit, Kaizen, PPAP Documentation, PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, Problem solving tools (7QC/8D), Lean, SPC, MSA, IPC Workmanship Standard.
• Knowledge of Inward Inspection, Supplier Evaluation and Audit. Awareness of QMS, RoHS, Knowledge of PLM Application, Operator Certification, Customer specific requirements review & implementation ability.
• Able to identify potential risks within QA & plan for risk mitigation, understand the needs & expectations of stakeholders, UL and process and product knowledge.
