Job Summary

Responsibilities

A. Guarding Operation Management

  • Customer care & retention
  • Client relationship management
  • Strategic planning to monitor the risk / Threat prospective of various high value / Risk clients
  • Review of security design including Physical protection system,Fire alarm system, Electronic security, CCTV, Access control
  • Monitoring of Quality Management in Operation of business leaders
  • Review & Survey of all A+ sites and review of security arrangement
  • Monitoring of feedback / scorecard received from clients
  • Review of investigation & incident reporting

B. Human Resource Management

  • Rostering monitoring to ensure no abnormal entries & to have internal control on preparation & distribution of wages
  • Monitoring & review of grievances handling procedure
  • Motivation & attitude building
  • Provide leadership, management & development of various staff
  • Monitor personnel & HR matters
  • Ensure adherence to quality policy statement of the company

  • Reviewing performance of the various teams

C. Commercial Aspects

  • Credit control - Collection & outstanding follow up
  • Monitoring of price hike due to statutory changes & ensuring compliance
  • MIS & budgeting Internal & external MIS & analysis reports
  • Monitoring of correct and timely invoicing of all the branches
  • Monitoring profitability and introducing measures to increase profitability
  • Monitoring the achievement of collections target

D. Administration

  • Monitor Proper functioning of central control room
  • Control of stores e.g. Procurement, issue, monitoring & custodian
  • Monitoring the administration of branches and to ensure that branches are running as per laid down procedures

E. Business Management

  • New and lateral business growth
  • Ensuring, monitoring & analyzing the periodic reports of RM (Sales)
  • Reviewing of assigned sale targets
