Talent Acquisition Specialist Job in Screen-magic Mobile Media Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

Acquiring, top talent and maintaining a healthy talent pipeline is our strategic priority. This is a high visibility role that demands passion to deliver results.

This is in a way a Marketing role, you will be expected to position Screen Magic as an employer of choice.

What you will create and do?

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements
• Execute employer branding initiatives
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Adhere to the MIS requirements
• What gets measured, gets managed and improved. You will be measuring your success in terms of putting in smart efforts and onboarding talent within a defined TAT and a good demonstration of science and art skills.

What will qualify you for this role?

• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Ambitious and goal oriented
• Expertise in MS Office (Excel in specific Pivot tables & VLook up, Power Point, etc)
• Ability to identify potential candidates for the given role
• Hands on exposure source candidates from various sources like Job Boards, Professional & Social Sites, ATS
• Experience: Overall 5 to 6 years, with minimum exposure of 4 years in IT recruitment
• Qualification: Any Graduation + M.B.A. in HR

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, job portals and professional networks
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
