Job Summary

Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, employee data management, payroll administration, and offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Coordinate employee training and development programs. Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes align with business objectives. Stay updated with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office. Strong MS-Excel Skills. Able to manage multiple excel reports at one time . Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) will be a plus.
