Provide operational support for voice equipment managed by ATIS Network Services ensuring that SLA/OLAs for client projects are being met. Respond promptly to service requests Respond promptly to service faults and engage internal and external service providers to ensure that faults are resolved as soon as possible. Produce service reports as required showing performance of voice systemsDeploy upgrades and additional equipment/circuits as requiredSystem administration of moves, adds and changes. Ensure that all equipment is configured to meet design standards. Deploy changes as required to maintain software and hardware revision levels Follow appropriate documentation for equipment configuration and support/escalatation processes
Minimum Requirements
Minimum two to three years practical experience in supporting an Avaya PABX in a call centre environmentAny experience in supporting a private voice networkStrong customer service skills.Experience in supporting Nortel MSPs Knowledge of and/or practical experience in LAN/WAN support
