Job Summary

You will be involved in implementation efforts for L1 on the DU platform. This will also involve building debug infrastructure for each Real-time core implementation. Building a production Frontend to show the real-time state of the running DU will also be an important part. The complete DU will be running on the Linux subsystem and complete hands-on is expected. You are expected to be comfortable working with a large codebase. You should be comfortable working on remote setup using VPN and with team members across the globe.

Key Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with C, C++ programming languages in development, building, debugging and source control tools
  • Experience with Real-time Operating systems along with hands-on experience working in a Linux environment
  • Good understanding of Networking concepts, specifically on Phy and MAC layers
  • Familiar with Linux application programming with Socket programming, Threads, Shared memory concepts, Makefiles, Bash scripting
  • Comfortable with reading and understanding documentation for implementation, porting or debugging of code
  • Good understanding of software engineering principles
  • Experience with any scripting language like Python/Perl (Good to have)
  • Basic knowledge of Frontend GUI design ( Good to have)
  • Understanding of 5G or 4G or 3GPP protocols (Good to have)
