Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and visibility for our law firm's website.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases that align with our business objectives and industry trends.
  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page elements, to improve search engine relevancy and user experience.
  • Perform website audits and regular analysis to identify areas for improvement, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and proactively adjust SEO strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, keyword-rich content that aligns with SEO best practices and supports our marketing objectives.
  • Build and execute effective off-page optimization strategies, including link building, to improve website authority and organic search rankings.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in the legal sector.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO tools, techniques, and industry changes, and provide recommendations for implementing new strategies and technologies.
  • Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website updates and new page creations.
  • Generate detailed SEO reports on a regular basis to track progress, measure key performance indicators, and communicate results to stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years as an SEO Specialist, preferably within the legal industry or B2B services sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO concepts, strategies, and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and website analysis.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize SEO performance.
  • Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Solid understanding of website design and development principles and their impact on SEO.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross effectively-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
