Senior /principal Associate-legal Audit Job in Scgb Solutions

• Client interaction, conducting of audits, reporting & presenting to senior management on aspects such as Risks, Compliance, and Remediation
  

• Defending audit findings, explaining legal provisions, implications, prosecution and penalties, and exposure to senior management
  

• Providing specific and accurate legal advice
  

• Leading and mentoring the team of juniors
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in law (LLB).
  

• Must have 7-8 years of relevant experience
  

• Strong experience in the Indian legal regime
  

• Experience in labor and employment law and its audit
  

• Should be able to read and speak in Kannada
  

• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
  

• A natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
  

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
