Job Description

  • Contract Management

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements

  • Title/property due diligence

  • Coordinate for registration of property documents

  • Compliance Management - Labour, company law, and Insurance compliances



Requirements

  • LLB/LLM

  • Must be able to read and speak in Kannada, writing in Kannada is an added advantage

  • Should be able to work with minimal supervision or handholding

  • Should be enrolled with AIBE ( All India Bar Exam), BCI(Bar Council Of India), and KSBC( Karnataka State Bar Council)
