Job Description

  • Contract Management

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements

  • Title/property due diligence/

  • Coordinate for registration of property documents

  • Advising clients about RERA compliances and deal structuring

  • Labour, company law and Insurance compliances

  • Team Management



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in law (LLB).

  • Must have 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong experience in real estate law, company law, and industry knowledge.

  • Must be able to read and speak in Kannada, writing in Kannada is an added advantage

  • Good understanding of foreclosure and contracts

  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills

  • Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Should be able to work independently

  • Should be enrolled with AIBE ( All India Bar Exam), BCI(Bar Council Of India), and KSBC( Karnataka State Bar Council).

  • Must be able to work as an individual contributor and as a team player.
