We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Associate Director of Business Development with expertise in the GCC industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, industry experts, and potential clients to ensure business growth and the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Leverage your connections in the GCC industry to identify, target, and engage potential clients. Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to position the company s solutions effectively.
Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to tailor business offerings and Saven Operations solutions to meet client needs and market demands.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Use these relationships to drive business growth and establish the company as a trusted partner.
Proposal Development: Work with solution architects, consultants, and subject matter experts to create customized proposals that address client-specific challenges, showcasing the company s value proposition.
Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and potential deals to ensure consistent business development.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and refine strategies accordingly.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and finalize contracts to secure new business. Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets. Regularly provide updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and achievements.
Professional Qualifications:
Extensive experience working with clients in the captive space, particularly within the Information Technology industry, with deep knowledge of industry, digital, and technology trends.
Proven track record in selling IT/ITES services, with a strong understanding of the Captives industry segment.
Hands-on experience in Enterprise Applications, Cyber Security Data & AI, Cloud platforms (such as MS Azure, AWS, SFDC), or other relevant technologies.
Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships at the C-suite level or operating in a senior management role within the industry.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead client-facing presentations, discussions, and negotiations, including pricing and contract terms.
Experience working with C-level executives and driving strategic business development initiatives.
