About job role SaveIN is looking for a HR Intern, who will be responsible to perform various administrative tasks and recruitments. As a Company representative you will find new people from various job portals, screen resumes and scheduling interviews. The person will report to the Sr.HR of the company. Key responsibilities Posting job ads Handling incoming applications and collating received documentation Organising interview appointments Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates Organising or conducting reference checks Preparing regular reports on ongoing recruitment activities Assisting with outbound or proactive searches Assisting with Sr.HR Skills required Minimum graduate degree in any stream with 0.6 to -1 years of experience as a recruiter Excellent written and verbal communication skills & Great interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team Proactive and well organised Understanding of or experience in working of recruitment industry would be a plus
