Hr Intern Job in Innoventure Fintech
Manage the full life cycle of recruitment process for both client and candidate.
Coordinate interviews with the hiring manager and update all the parties involved via email/phone as required.
Participate in drives and other hiring events.
Ensure a good turn-up to line-up ratio with a desired conversion rate.
Should be able to work within defined timelines and Goals.
Responsible for assisting and coordination of post-offer management.
Ensure documentation is completed according to the company policy.
Understand and direct recruiting related questions and concerns to the right channel.
Prepare and share reports / updated data (MIS) on a regular / daily basis.
