Job Summary
- Receipt of Raw Material, Packaging Material, Stationary material, Chemicals etc. from the Vendor/Plant.
- Receipt of free sample/gift sample and entry.
- Make entry in inward register/Progen software system and kept in respective area/Prepare GRN & send to head office.
- Maintenance and archival of COA received with RM/PM.
- Maintenance of stock of Raw Material /Packaging Material and raise Purchase requisition/Stock transfer of exhausted material through Progen system.
- Proper labeling of incoming material and maintenance of the same.
- Maintaining of daily physical stock checks to tally with Progen system after all R&D trials.
- Destruction of Expired API/Excipients after approval from department head
- End of month physical stock taking supervised by the R&D head.
- Maintain and promote good cleaning practices including General Hygiene, Cleaning and Safety in the API/Excipient/Packing/chemical store.
- Prepare on monthly basis a detailed summary of R&D trial records on shortages and product destruction.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by a R&D head.
