Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • To handle purchase indents/ requests from R&D/production / Admin departments and execute Procurement action as per policy.
  • Working in close coordination with the Research & Development department and frame out exact requirements to discuss with the vendor.
  • Techno-commercial evaluation of bids from suppliers based on the total cost of ownership(TCO).
  • Techno-commercial negotiations with vendors and selection of best deal based on TCO.
  • Cross-functional approvals for finalizing Purchase orders.
  • Purchase order creation in Tally/ other ERP.
  • Follow up for delivery of materials and ensure on-time supplies.
  • Co-ordination with accounts for the on-time release of payments.
  • New vendor developments as required.
  • Proper documentation of purchase-related activities.

Eligibility / Qualification

  • B.E. (Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Instrumentation) with 3 years of work experience in Purchase Department.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Knowledge of imports.
Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
