Job Description
- Overseeing direct communications with PATIENTS through the CRM
- Monitor and maximize PATIENT lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
- Closing loop on patient conversion and achieving CRM Sales targets through Patient management, conversion and maximizing sales
- Working on engaging and retaining Patients by offering them better solutions and making them aware of the product offerings
