Position Title: Financial Management Systems Analyst
AKA Title : Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Functional Analyst COE (Center of Excellence) Team Lead
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of analysts in our newly formed Oracle Cloud Support Center of Excellence
- Provide second level support to business process leads, super users and end users on .
- Work with Oracle support managing service requests
- Coordinate and execute testing for quarterly upgrades
- Spec and build reports using Oracle tools, OTBI, BI Publisher, Smartview and FRS
- Design and support Oracle Workflows
- Conduct training workshops and individual training
What were looking for

- A bachelors degree in finance, accounting or information technology or related field
- 5+ experience support Oracle Financials ERP, with at least 2 years support Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion for a global entity
- Oracle certification in one or more financial area: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report or Project Accounting
- Experience creating report for Oracle using BI Publisher, OTBI or Financial Reporting Studio(FRS)
- Experience supporting Oracle Workflows
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Desire to lead a team and expand responsibility level and leadership
The nice to haves
- Advanced degree in finance or technology
- Experience working in an offshore support model
Other knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading workshops and requirements gathering session.
- Solve customers' complex business problems using innovative analytical techniques.
- Ability to communicate with people of various technical and business backgrounds, including the ability to explain difficult technical concepts in simple terms to business users.
- Work well independently and in a team environment.
- Proven record of handling increasing responsibilities and learning new technology quickly.
