Job Summary About you: You are highly organized and detail driven; you love to project plan everything! You want to help our customers get the most out of AppZen s audit and AP automation solutions. You have GREAT communication skills and know how to convey a message. You are action-oriented; no task is too small or insignificant for you. You are used to working in an international environment with internal teams based in the UK, the US and India. Your responsibilities will include: Participate and support in Proof of Concept requests, planning sessions, delivery and POC readouts Creating/Managing of custom AI models for POC Monitor and update Pre-Sales reference guide/ site. Staying up to date with industry trends, latest developments, and best practices for Expense management and Accounts Payable Identifying technical risks and providing mitigation strategies to the Presales team. Creating and maintaining documentation related to the POC processes, including technical validation and value proof to Customers. Acquiring Strong technical knowledge of the company's products or services Must haves: Working experience with MS Office, Google sheets including formulae, Pivot charts, VBA macro Knowledge and experience of any Object Oriented Programming Language (Java/Python/ C#)Functional Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Employee Expenses finance functions Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A graduate in a technical field, such as BCA, MCA, BSc, M.Com. Humble and friendly personality with an open and honest communication style. Strong functional requirement-gathering skills. Good to have - 3-5 years of total working Experience, AP/ EA relevant experience - 1-2 years
