Team Lead Data Analytics

Project Management:

• Works effectively and individually across different teams in the organization
  
• Assigns Responsibilities and Directs Work of Project Team Members including setting priorities and deadlines
  
• Effectively monitors Progress, Follows-up, Provides prompt and respectful feedback
  
• Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work
  
• Exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on enterprise level project with minimal direction from a director or engagement manager
  
• Significantly contributes to long terms plans for the team
  

Client Management:

• Effectively facilitates meetings, demonstrates brainstorming / consensus building skills while interacting with executive level project sponsors
  
• Promptly escalates or pushes back client requirements where necessary
  
• Effectively handle client objections
  
• Analyses/Identifies areas of risk and develops plans to minimize
  
• Seeks opportunities to create value addition improving client relationship
  
• Can be called on to take a lead role in sales initiatives related to areas of expertise
  

Technical:

• Minimum 5-8 years' experience working in a data management or equivalent organization role (Data Management / Data Governance or BI / Analytics team)
  
• Good in SQL
  
• Experience in handling Metadata using Data Management Tool
  
• Good Knowledge & Experience in JIRA or any Defect Management Tool
  
• Good Knowledge & Experience in Agile Project Management Tools
  
• Experience with cloud databases such as Azure, GCP, BQ, Snowflake or Redshift
  
• Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
  
• Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using: Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Data Studio, Shiny, D3, ggplot,etc .
