THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate Product Owner for a Scrum team to join our S4HANA Asset & Service Management team.

As a Product Owner, you will

• Be responsible for defining the priority and rollout/refinement of backlog items for Scrum team.
• Be accountable for Quality / Cost / Deliverable of scrum team
• Ensure our product/capabilities deliver highvalueto a defined, sizeable market.
• Collect customer requirements, drive product definition and solve complex issues using a business centric approach and will lead the team with a clear vision and actionable steps with timely, high-quality business informational insight.

• Support the definition, delivery and rollout of scope for Asset Performance Management (APM) product
• Engage in strategic discussions around product definition and take responsibility for the requirements engineering and scope definition.
• Define the best practice for digitalization and innovation to an intelligent Enterprise Management of the business processes of our customers
• Have the opportunity to work in an extended cross-functional team including other product owners, architects, partners, consultants and developers to deliver SAP APM.
• Work in an agile development model with the development teams and deliver in the role of Scrum Product owner
• Get deep insights into customer implementations and prospects and evaluate requirements for the development roadmap.
• Represent your topic to internal stakeholders, customers and partners and actively seek their feedback and synthesize requirements into executable deliverables.

ROLE REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent with9+ years of professional experience in relevant jobs.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Product Owner with a strong ability in product definition, preferably in a cloud native product delivering in CI/CD
• Deep understanding of Asset Performance Management domain including Asset Risk and Reliability, Asset Integrity & Asset Performance, Asset health monitoring & Maintenance demand generation
• Good understanding of Plant Maintenance functionality in S4HANA
• Solid experience with atleast one established APM product is a must - like GE Meridium / Aveva APM / DNV GL APM etc
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, in particular SAP S/4HANA Cloud
• Strong analytical skills and willingness to embrace new topics and technology
• Self-starter with passion to be a hands-on expert
• Very good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
