What You ll Do: As a Functional Specialist in SAP SuccessFactors Preferred Success, you will be responsible for delivering 1:1 and 1:M adoption and consumption-focused services and workshops remotely for the SAP SuccessFactors Platform. You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) for your area(s), providing tailored adoption recommendations and supporting large-scale adoption events for SAP SuccessFactors customers and their CSPs. You will also develop exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers, working closely with stakeholders to drive innovation and enhance the evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering. What You Bring: Experience: 6 15 years in relevant roles, with significant experience in SAP SuccessFactors. Expertise: Deep knowledge of Role-based Permissions configuration, Homepage, People Profile, Mobile, IAS-IPS. Associate Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module. Knowledge of Report Stories is an advantage. Relevant Experience: At least 5 7 years of experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors platform. Communication Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages are an advantage. Education: A university undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field, or other relevant experience.
