What You ll Do: You will be part of the Monitoring CoE (Center of Excellence) team, contributing to the development and enhancement of SAP ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) standard and enhanced operations services (EOS). The role involves: Expanding the monitoring offering, with a focus on feasibility in SAP's environment. Collaborating with different teams to address development and operational needs. Ensuring high quality and reliability of both current and future monitoring checks. Actively implementing new monitoring checks. Presenting the enhanced monitoring offering to customers and stakeholders. What You Bring: We are looking for a proactive individual who can inspire others and identify opportunities within challenges. Ideal candidates will have: SAP System Monitoring Experience. Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager/SAP Focused Run (Mandatory). Experience maintaining monitoring templates in Solution Manager/FRUN. Basis knowledge for NetWeaver/No-NetWeaver based SAP Solutions and databases. Good understanding of SAP Application Monitoring. Optional: Basic knowledge of ECS/Cloud-based processes and operations. Flexibility, openness, and a willingness to grow in a dynamic work environment. Knowledge of ITIL and Project Management methodologies (a plus). Strong communication skills, particularly in English. Meet Your Team: SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) helps customers drive future innovation with a flexible and simplified operating model. ECS offers scalable and adaptable technology solutions, secure infrastructure, and governance to ensure production availability across application and infrastructure landscapes. The XDU Delivery unit, where you will be part of, oversees cross-topics essential to the smooth operation of ECS. The unit manages cross-projects, represents process managers, operates the Tools Operation Control Center (TOCC), and takes care of monitoring and data quality management. Most team members are located in Germany and India, with ECS stakeholders spread globally.
