Job Summary

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans, aligned with the company's overall objectives, to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and enhance customer engagement.
2. Market research and analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging industry trends. Utilize these insights to develop effective marketing and promotional campaigns.
3. Lead cross-functional teams: Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals. Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure successful campaign implementation.
4. Manage marketing budget: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment. Monitor marketing expenses and provide regular reports to the management team.
5. Digital marketing and online presence: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including website management, content creation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Continuously optimize these channels to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement.
6. Track and analyze marketing metrics: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives against predetermined KPIs. Provide reports and insights to management, making data-driven recommendations for future marketing strategies.
7. Brand management: Maintain and enhance Sansera Engineering's brand image and reputation through consistent messaging and effective communication across all channels and touchpoints.
8. Trade shows and events: Plan and coordinate Sansera Engineering's participation in industry-specific trade shows, exhibitions, and other events. Ensure seamless execution of branding, product showcases, and lead generation strategies.
9. Develop and nurture customer relationships: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and nurture prospective clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing them with accurate and timely information about Sansera Engineering's products and services.
10. Stay updated with industry trends: Continuously analyze the market landscape, benchmarks, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and innovative marketing approaches.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree would be highly advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
- Excellent communication and presenting skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of marketing software tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop creative marketing solutions.
