Job Summary
- Minimum 4 years experience working in digital, online or advertising like environment
- Track record of driving piloting new ideas, measuring the impact and iterating
- Proven track record of managing end to end campaigns at scale
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Past experience in retail e-commerce
- Experience in brand management and digital advertising
- Ability to problem solve through the use of frameworks, analysis, and cross functional influence.
- Strong skill set to balance competing priorities and timelines and drive projects forward
- Ability to manage ambiguity and guide cross-functional teams to deliver on a superior customer experience
