Job Summary
  • Responsible for End to End recruitment life cycle across all levels (Job postings, sourcing, screening, short listing and evaluating the profile)
  • Work along with Corporate Leaders and Business Unit Leaders to understand the requirement and acquire new talent for growing business needs.
  • Coordinate hiring activities
  • Prepare and post job ads online and on job portals
  • Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Greet and assist interviewees onsite
  • Co-ordinate all post interview processes up to offer stage
  • Process background checks
