We have urgent opening for Software Development Technical Manager in ASP.Net MVC and .Net Core architecture for IT company.

Manage development team, distribute tasks into team, follow scrum methodology as per companies guidelines, do code reviews and report to management, develop new modules and customize existing modules as per clients in an CRM + ERP web application using ASP.Net MVC with SQL Server as backend.

• Provide guidance to team members to encourage work productivity
• Makes sure the timeline is followed by the software development group
• Represent the software department in meetings
• Participate in design control activities
• Monitors evaluate and ensure the completion of tasks and projects
• Analyze software requirements
• Implement design plans, reviews unit tests
• Document s software development
• Monitor s status of developing software
• Writes, reviews and revises product requirements and specifications
• Participate in other areas of the software development process
• Provide technical support to other company personnel
• Demonstrate a high level of competence in object-oriented analysis, design and coding in a .NET server-side environment, specifically utilizing the Microsoft MVC framework.
• Design and implement systems that use relational databases, specifically MS SQL 2017 and above
• Work to pre-defined requirements and produce code that meet the requirements
• Demonstrate a structured approach to development, using design patterns
• Strive to continuously improve the development process

• Provide a complete solution to customers with regards to business grow and, understanding their requirements.
• Willingness to work in all environment and engage with clients across age and income groups for 8 hours a day and 7 days in a week

• Experience in managing a development team
• Minimum 4+ Years of experience in NET development using C# and VS 2015+
• TypeScript, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience as developer in ASP.Net MVC
• Web services, NuGet packages
• Source code management tool: Azure (DevOps) Git Repository
• Familiarity with API s
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Scrum knowledge
• Experience in documenting the development
