Job Summary JOB SUMMARY:
  • The candidate will be responsible to onboard 5-7 merchants in a day.
  • Incentives will be huge on a performance basis.
  • Bike / Smartphone and documents are a must.
  • Company will be providing 15k assets, against that candidates need to either submit 10th Class Marksheet or 15k Blank Cheque.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, merchants on-boarding)
  • Develope new sales strategies and models
  • Evaluate sales strategies' effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers needs
  • Build long-lasting merchant relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Attend the meeting, sales events, and training
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Manage your client database within your assigned territory
  • 100 Rs. per merchant
  • LOCATION: South Delhi, DL (04 Openings)
  • QUALIFICATION: 12th | Fresher | 18 - 28 Yrs | Male Only
  • SHIFT TIMINGS: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm (day shift) | for Male Candidates only
  • WORKING DAYS: 6 DAYS
  • OFF DAYS: SUN (Note: 1 Rotational off)
  • SALARY OFFERED: 12,000 to 13,000 (monthly)
  • INSENTIVES: PF & BESIC | Incentives
  • REIMBURSEMENTS: Not Specified
  • INCENTIVES STRUCTURE: Upto 15 k per month on target performance basis
  • MANDATORY: Resume
  • EDUCATION: 12th Pass mandatory
