- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Probing the customers to understand their requirements and offer them the best print products.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet the sales objectives.
- Upselling products and services.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
