Business Intelligence Technical Lead Job in Saguna Consulting Services Pvt Ltd

Business Intelligence Technical Lead located at Carlsbad, CA to work with the BI team on
leading variety of new development projects to build the enterprise level data warehouse
system, which is backed by Oracle Exadata database (11g or later), Informatica ETL tools set,
Cognos and Powerbi Reporting.

You will:

- Lead BI solution delivery
- Participate in requirements definition, analysis and the design of logical and physical data models
- Leading data discovery discussions with Business in JAD sessions and map the business requirements to logical and physical modeling solutions.
- Conduct data model reviews with project team members
- Design standard Informatica ETL routines
- Define standard Cognos/PowerBI Report requirements
- Collaborate/Mentor development teams on overall technical solution
- Ensure data warehouse database designs efficiently support BI and end user requirements
- Collaborate with application and services teams to design databases and interfaces which fully meet business and technical requirements
- Maintain expertise and proficiency in the various application areas
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and standards

You'd ideally have:

- Minimum of 10+ years of experiencein leading end to end BI projects as technical lead
- Strong data analysis and data profiling skills
- Strong Conceptual, Logical and Physical data modeling for VLDB Data warehouse
- Exposure to ERP JDE/E1/SAP or other ERP
- Exposure to CRM SFDC/Siebel or other CRM tools
- Exposure to ETL tool Informatica or other industry leading tools
- Exposure to Cognos/PowerBI Reporting tool or other industry leading tools
- Fluent in both normalized and dimensional model disciplines and techniques
- Bachelor s degree in software engineering, computer science or information systems (or equivalent experience)
