About The Role

Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist, Helpwise

Location: 100% Remote with Rotational shifts

Job Function: Business Development

Employment Type: Full Time


You will be one of the early members in Sales for the Helpwise product. Expect a lot of different responsibilities and opportunities to learn, and a fast growth path. We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals who enjoy the challenges in a continuously evolving environment. As many of our customers are located in the US regions, you may start with evening / night shift times which can become rotational with day shifts (if you prefer) once the team scales.

Responsibilities You ll Shoulder

  • Build a pipeline and strong personal relationships with prospects (both inbound and outbound prospects)
  • Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparency on the pipeline status
  • Close new business consistently to achieve business targets
  • Drive product and solutions demos with the customer
  • Understand competitor products well to drive meaningful discussions with customers
  • Document competition and customer insights and recommend new product feature or marketing ideas
  • Invest in colleagues, coach and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement.
  • Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this team
  • Be proactive about solving problems even if it is outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.



Skills You ll Need

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the SaaS / IT industry (preferred) or high growth startups in sales or account management roles. Experience in international markets is preferred.
  • Bachelor s degree
  • Advanced level proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Good negotiation skills to close deals
  • Ability to empathize with customers and understand their pain points
  • Understanding about SaaS and CRM products and why businesses use them. Past experience of working with SaaS products is a plus
  • Ability to learn, explain and adopt tools and technologies quickly
