Role Objective

The rolerequires a detail-oriented, thorough and organized Sales and Customer Serviceprofessional tohead the teammanaging resellers and traders and working on acquiring new customers throughinsidesales & coldcalling methods, and in the process provide excellent customer service whiledrivingrevenue growth for the business unit.

Purpose:Sourcing, inventoryavailability and price competitiveness.Vendor on-boardingfor Online channel once product is sourced for Inside Sales


External


with:Vendors


Purpose:Order fulfillment asper price and inventory, payments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Planned and ad hoc sourcing as per RFQs, Reseller and KAM team requirements
  • Alignment with brands for long term sourcing strategy
  • Ensuring price competitiveness of products sourced
  • Understand the needs of customers to make real time strategy updates.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
  • Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
