Job Summary

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Balanced blend of both technical/analytical skills, as well as clinical domain knowledge, to identify issues and recommend technical solutions to solve real-world business problems for our clinical customer base (e.g., BioPharma Sponsors and CROs). Have extensive knowledge and experience with respect to the following competencies: Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), GxP clinical industry guidelines (e.g., GCP, GLP, GMP, etc.), and overall understanding of the government regulated nature of global clinical research. Proficient written and oral communication skills; proficient presentation skills. Proficient interpersonal and relationship building skills. Proficient technical problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently within a highly matrixed organization; ability to build consensus across a diverse team. Ability to travel (e.g., 25-50% per month as needed). What You ll Do Support the Business Enablement, Customer Adoption, and Customer Training functions within the Product Delivery organization to ensure these functions fully understand the technical and operational nature of the product implementation solution proposed by the TSA. Work in a cross-functional fashion with the Saama Product and Business Development teams to support new customer engagement during the pre-award sales process. Engage effectively with customers to fully understand their technology needs/wants in the context of the customer s business needs and objectives. Lead the architectural design of clinical technology solutions, based on Saama s core SaaS capabilities, that address key customer technological needs and support achievement of the customer s business objectives including defining any custom development needs that are required to enable the proposed technical solution proposed by the Saama team. Work effectively with internal Saama stakeholders (e.g., Product Delivery, Product, Sales, etc.) to ensure all proposed technical solutions are aligned with Saama internal capabilities and priorities. Lead the customer engagement with regards defining and articulating the potential advantages and/or limitations associated with the various technical solutions, as well as defining the rationale for the specific Saama proposed technical solution. Serve as the Saama technical lead with respect to any pre-award customer engagements, including providing technical guidance to the customer technical and business team to facilitate an understanding of the technical and operational aspects of the Saama product suite. Serve as a senior technical advisor to the Saama organization with respect to the current capabilities/limitations of the Saama SaaS product suite, as well as serve as a customer advocate for which future capabilities and/or functions should be considered for future Saama product releases and overall Saama Product Roadmap.
