Job Summary Role Purpose: A Technical Architect is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise level systems to meet the specific needs of clients. The role requires expertise in networking systems, advanced problem solving, and project management. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with IT managers to assess current and future system needs. Evaluate whether the existing system can be upgraded or a new one is needed. Design system architecture and provide relevant schematics. Oversee the project from design to implementation. Work with software developers to ensure system requirements are met. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Monitor system performance post-installation. Provide staff training on new systems and procedures. Offer post-installation support and feedback. Technical Architect Requirements: Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Experience: Previous experience as a Technical Architect, with managerial experience. Skills: Expertise in enterprise systems, networking, and software integration. Knowledge of computer hardware, programming languages, operating systems, and Office software. Strong project management and communication skills. Ability to visualize complex systems from basic specifications. Proficient in solving complex IT issues.
Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
