Job Summary
As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the customer and maintain healthy relations with them.
Designation: Customer Sales Representative
Location: SALTLAKE SECTOR 5, KOLKATA
UK Shift Time: 02 PM to 11 PM
Experience Range: 6 Months to 01 Year
Candidate must be ready to work from the office
Immediate joinings are most preferable
Candidates from International BPO Experience are most preferable.
In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the customer and maintain healthy relations with them.
