Team Lead LiveOps

Ruby Seven Studios is looking for a dynamic team player, not afraid to speak his/her mind and is brimming with ideas. You ll be working with our inspiring game development team which produces games for the most competitive and exciting genres of social games. In this role, you will be working closely with Production, QA, Tech, Backend and Analytics teams in monitoring and ensuring the smooth functioning of multiple games while simultaneously providing timely insights and data driven analysis on how to stay ahead of the games in the genre.

Core Responsibilities will be:

  • Working in tandem with Production, QA, Tech, Backend and Analytics teams with a primary focus on post-production health, KPI monitoring and resolution of live issues via timely escalation to respective teams
  • Managing the Customer support team and drafting appropriate responses to incoming issues thereby bettering external player experience
  • Actively monitoring game health using internal and third-party dashboards and escalate issues to the respective game teams
  • In depth investigation into issues with via SQL queries (Ideal) and working with the Backend and Analytics team in order to track its progress and eventual resolution

Desired Profile:

  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Should have proven experience in managing a team (mandatory)
  • You should have excellent written and oral communication skills (mandatory)
  • You should possess excellent analytical and logical skills
  • You should be highly organized and be a good taskmaster
  • You should be a self-starter and ready to take up tasks in a proactive manner
  • Good knowledge of MS office tools and SQL (preferable)

Work Experience: 3+ years in a similar role
