Skill Sets:
- Experience 6-9 years.
- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills
- Experience in People management
- Experience in client co-ordination
- Experience testing web, mobile and APIs
- Exposure to tools & processes for testing and test management
- Good learnability and willingness to learn and explore new ideas
- Knowledge and Hands-on Experience in automation and performance testing (added advantage)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating QA activities for a team and allocated projects
- Mentoring and Coaching team members
- Understand the requirements and get clarifications from the client
- Identify and assessing risks
- Regular status updates and following up to stakeholders
- Prepare the Test Approach
- Peer review test scenarios
- Guide team members on testing process in allocated projects
- Preparing test reports
- Review of automation/performation scripts.
