Job Summary
Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Customer Success Managers to own and nurture client relationships, drive account growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and renewal management, and proactively address customer needs to enhance retention and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of rtCamp s offerings, value propositions, and client landscape.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing all aspects of the relationship from renewals and escalations to training and upsell opportunities.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets.
- Conduct ongoing account diligence to identify potential opportunities in other business units, map key stakeholders, and leverage existing client relationships to open doors for new solution pitches.
- Collaborate closely with rtCamp s channel partners to identify and pursue new opportunities, while leading the presentation and pitch process for client stakeholders.
- Work with the marketing team to create impactful case studies, testimonials, and other growth-focused collateral.
- Actively research industry trends, gather market intelligence, and conduct strategic analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform account strategies.
Must-Have Skills
- 3 5 years of hands-on experience in account development and management.
- Strong executive presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
- Contract management experience, including renewals and negotiation.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Prior experience in sales or business development.
- Familiarity with web publishing platforms (especially WordPress).
- Experience working with channel partners in enterprise environments.
