Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES -Source potential candidates from various online channels -Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates according to the job description for relevant positions -Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the hiring manager and coordinate interviews -Post, update and remove job ads from job portals and social networks -Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates -Coordinating new hire orientations -Prepare HR related reports -Assist in employee engagement activities REQUIREMENTS -Preferably a graduate with specialization in HR -Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Excellent administrative and organizational skills PERKS & BENEFITS Internship certificate Monthly Stipend Regular employment with Roanuz in case of outstanding performance Build professional network Enhanced skillset & hands-on experience
