Job Summary

What we are looking for? A good understanding of information technology. Experience in SAAS and customer support roles. B2B product sales is considered an advantage. Understanding and avid follower of sports. Very good email writing skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Experience in building strong client relationships coupled with good product knowledge. Effective key account management who ensures client queries are resolved. Should be open to attend meetings and present the product demo with confidence. Upselling & cross-selling. Knowing Hindi would be an added advantage.
