Job Summary

MrMed is looking for Support Executives to assist our customers in order fulfillment and post‑order support over telephone/ chat channels.

Location: T Nagar Chennai (Only work from office role)

Age Criteria: 20 to 29 years

Responsibilities:

- Handling customers’ query on products or the company via phone calls and chat channels, and making follow‑up outbound calls

- Single point of contact for order tracking, communication with logistics partners and post sales support to customers

- Resolving pre-dispatch issues of the customers - dispatch delay, product non-availability

- Resolving post-dispatch issues of customers - delivery status, order tracking, cancellations, returns and refunds

- Checking delivery status and coordinate with delivery partners regarding escalations and on-time delivery

- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases

- Escalating issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management

Desired Profile:

· Bachelor’s degree in any field.

· 6 months to 2 years experience in customer support

· Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil

· Should possess a temperament for handling customers with care

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
