What You'll Do

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams and leaders to integrate a suite of core platform products.
• Drive Vision and Strategy: Partner with design and product management leadership to define and implement the organization s vision and strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive Experience: At least 15 years in software development and delivery, with a strong grasp of software architectures. A minimum of 10 years in an engineering leadership role managing and scaling mid to large-sized development teams.
• Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Platform Development: Proven experience building large-scale software platforms.
• Team Leadership: Proficient in recruiting, organizing, and motivating teams.
• Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for product ownership and solving customer problems.
• Development Skills: Ability to create roadmaps and goals for the team, delegate effectively, provide engineering guidance, and deliver transparent feedback to support career growth and quality results.
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with a strong focus on customer-centric problem-solving.
