Job Summary
  • 4-5 Years of experience preferably in Law firms
  • Proven experience as an office administrator,office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonalabilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures andbasic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and officemanagement software (ERP etc.)



  • Coordinate office activities and operations tosecure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divideresponsibilities to ensure performance
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointmentsetc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail,letters etc.)
  • Support budgeting and other procedures
  • Create and update records and databases withpersonnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orderswhen necessary
  • Submit timely reports and preparepresentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Completes special projects by organizing andcoordinating information and requirements; Planning, arranging, and meetingschedules; monitoring results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing relatedresults as needed.
Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Located in Bengaluru

4 to 5 Years
