Job Summary Position OverviewAs the Sr Manager/Director Implementation Services, you will provide strategy and leadership to the Implementation Team. You will lead a team of Consultants/Config reps and will be accountable for successful implementation of Replicon products by the team.The ideal candidate is someone who has been in a similar role, thrives in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities, and is motivated by delivering the right resolutions that ensures customers long-term satisfaction.Responsibilities:
  • As an expert in implementation best practises and strategies, educate the team on how to leverage these practices
  • Establish and participate in project steering committee meetings; proposing creative viable solutions to the executive sponsors such that critical success issues are addressed on a pro-active basis
  • Serve as a customer advocate in driving industry best practices and the evolution of Replicon SaaS functionality integral to the customer's success
  • Create and manage program schedules, and resource allocation plans
  • Effectively use project planning tools to create, manage, and track project results.
  • Establish a series of measurable KPIs for the team and drive the team to exceed set goals
  • Identify and build customer success stories and/or case studies to aid sales cycles
  • Manage the team in terms of recruiting, mentoring and guiding to meet organizational objectives
  • Be the thought-leader on customer satisfaction within our organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.

Qualifications:
  • 10-13 years of strong consulting or professional services experience especially in enterprise software such as ERP, CRM, SaaS applications
  • Extensive customer engagement experience
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and working with matrixed teams and resources
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Prior hands-on working knowledge and/or implementation of an enterprise class application (eg. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry
  • Experience working with senior executive level personnel in customer accounts.
  • Managed managers of teams
